Refund Policy
More than 30 days before the event: You may cancel your registration and receive a full refund.
15–29 days before the event: You may receive a 50% refund of your registration fee.
14 days or fewer before the event: Registration fees are non-refundable.
Ticket Transfers
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another person up to 7 days before the event, subject to approval by the Alma de Luz team.
Event Cancellation
If Alma de Luz cancels the event, participants will receive a full refund of the registration fee .
